Foran, Irish IBF Sponsor Series

Foran Equine has been named the sponsor of the Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction Series in a three-year deal that will significantly boost prizemoney for the 21-race series for 2-year-olds.

Now in its third year, the Irish EBF Auction Series includes 21 races at 15 racecourses worth €573,000. The final, to be held at Naas Racecourse in October, will be worth €120,000, up from €100,000 in 2016. Each of the 20 qualifying races will be worth a minimum €20,000 and are Plus 10 registered, making qualified winners eligible for a further €12,500 bonus. The first race will be at Cork Racecourse on May 6.
