Last year's G2 Reisling S. winner French Fern (Aus) (Lope de Vega {Ire}) has been added to the Inglis Chairman's Sale – Elite Breeding Prospects session on Apr. 7 as a wildcard. The 3-year-old filly was the winner of a Canterbury handicap prior to her stakes score. She is out of the stakes-winning La Famelia (Aus) (Strategic {Aus}) from the family of G1 Blue Diamond S. winner Forina (Aus) (Vibrant {GB}) as well as multiple champion and five-time Group 1-winning sprinter Schillaci (Aus) (Salieri).

“She's a well-conformed filly, very athletic and proved herself a fantastic 2-year-old, winning last year's Reisling S. on her way to competing in the Golden Slipper,” said trainer David Payne. “She's from a very strong family and I expect she will make a good broodmare.”

Also added to the Chairman's Sale on Tuesday–this time the Elite Racing Prospects session on Mar. 30–was Nick and Lloyd Williams's Chance To Dance (Aus) (Teofilo {Ire}). The 6-year-old gelding won a 2400 metre Caulfield handicap on Feb. 4 and was most recently fourth in the G2 Adelaide Cup. Chance To Dance holds an entry for the G1 Sydney Cup at The Championships.
