Ken and Sarah Ramsey were the leading owners at Turfway Park for the 12th time when racing concluded at the Florence, Kentucky track's winter/spring meet Apr. 1. The Ramseys, who also were the leading owners at Gulfstream's championship meeting which concluded Sunday, sent out 12 winners from 40 Turfway starters. Mike Maker earned his fifth consecutive Turfway training title, and 19th overall, saddling 27 winners during the 46-day meeting. Alonso Quinonez captured the first riding title of his career with 50 wins from 266 mounts. Racing returns to Turfway Nov. 29.
