Trainer Aidan O'Brien is responsible for 12 of the 54 3-year-old fillies remaining engaged for the G1 Investec Oaks on June 2, headed by G1 Dubai Fillies' Mile winner Rhododendron (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), the ante-post favourite for the Classic. Also engaged for O'Brien is Fillies' Mile second Hydrangea (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), who was victorious on seasonal debut in the G3 Ballylinch Stud 1000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown on Apr. 8.
O'Brien's son Joseph has G1 Moyglare Stud S. winner Intricately (Ire) (Fastnet Rock {Aus}) entered, and the 20 Irish-based entries also include 'TDN Rising Star' Tocco D'Amore (Ire) (Raven's Pass) for Dermot Weld.
With the announcement on Thursday that Wuheida (Ire) (Dubawi {Ire}) had been ruled out through injury, Godolphin's eight are headed by UAE 1000 Guineas Trial winner Really Special (GB) (Shamardal).
