Last year's unbeaten dual French Classic winner La Cressonniere (Fr) (Le Havre {Ire}) has been sold to Teruya Yoshida of Shadai Farm. The news was initially reported in Jour de Galop and was confirmed on Friday by Mathieu Alex of La Cauviniere, whose principal Gerard Augustin-Normand raced the filly with Antonio Caro.

A daughter of La Cauviniere's resident sire La Havre and out of the Galileo (Ire) mare Absolute Lady (Ire), La Cressonniere counted a pair of listed victories among her four juvenile wins and added a further four black-type victories last year, including the G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches, G1 Prix de Diane and G2 Prix de la Nonette. La Cressonniere was officially retired from racing on Apr. 23 after the recurrence of a back injury that plagued her last year.
