The Kentucky Horse Park Commission announced a new Strategic Plan Thursday for the Kentucky Horse Park. The plan was approved and adopted at the Commission's Apr. 20 meeting.
“I commend the Kentucky Horse Park Commission on developing a plan that not only reflects a strong commitment to man's relationship with the horse, but also focuses on good stewardship and long-term growth at the park,” said Don Parkinson, secretary of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet.
