Ballymore Thoroughbred's ADAWIYAH (IRE) (Dubawi {Ire}) is kin to the 2014 Listed Prix de Saint-Patrick victor Apache Spirit (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}) and is out of a half-sister to four black-type performers headed by MG1SW British and French highweight distaffer Aquarelliste (Fr) (Danehill), and GI Charles Whittingham Memorial and GI Clement L Hirsch Memorial scorer Artiste Royal (Ire) (Danehill). Opposition to the Andre Fabre trainee includes Anthony Smurfit's Benefaction (Ire) (Nathaniel {Ire}), who is a daughter of 2001 G2 Prix de Malleret third Shamdara (Ire) (Dr Devious {Ire}) and is thus a half-sister to 2007 GI Secretariat S.-winning sire Shamdinan (Fr) (Dr Fong), who also hit the board in the G1 Prix du Jockey Club, and 2012 G2 Herbert Power S. winner Shahwardi (Fr) (Lando {Ger}), from the Myriam Bollack-Badel stable.
