The Horse Racing Ireland 'Authority to Act' fee of €40 for all syndicates and clubs that put a horse, purchased at the 2017 Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale or Part II Sale, in training in Ireland will be paid by Tattersalls Ireland, the company announced Thursday. Horses must be put in training with a registered Irish trainer to be eligible for the offer.
“Syndicates and clubs are growing within Ireland and it is pleasing to be able to offer them an added incentive on set-up to further encourage this growth,” said Roger Casey, Managing Director of Tattersalls Ireland.
To register for the scheme syndicate and club representatives must register with HRI by emailing owners@hri.ie prior to Sept. 1, 2018.
