Hearing for Foreclosure Delayed in Curlin Case

Judge Roger Crittenden, who is presiding over the Curlin case, granted a continuance in a Kentucky court Feb. 19, with a new hearing set for Mar. 21. The struggle for the remaining 20-percent interest in Curlin continues as 418 plaintiffs–who were granted $42 million in a suit against Shirley Cunningham Jr. and William Gallion–have submitted a request of foreclosure on the lawyer's holding company, Tandy  LLC.
