Raven's Pass to Kildangan Stud

Raven's Pass (Elusive Quality) has been retired and will stand at Darley's Kildangan Stud, Ireland, in 2009. His fee has been set at 40,000 Euros, October 1st, special live foal. The winner of this year's Breeders' Cup Classic at Santa Anita, Raven's Pass also won the G3 Solario S. by seven lengths in a record time at two, and went on to win the Queen Elizabeth II S. over a mile at Ascot. John Ferguson, Sheikh Mohammed's bloodstock advisor, said, “Raven's Pass will stand at Kildangan, but I'm sure we'll be encouraging mares from Kentucky to County Kildare. A horse with genuine global appeal, he'll give top breeders the opportunity to sell his offspring either in Europe or the USA.”
