Gunnevera Targets Pegasus

MGSW Gunnevera (Dialed In), last seen dead-heating for fifth in last Saturday's GI Breeders' Cup Classic, has returned to his Florida base and will be pointed to the $16 million GI Pegasus World Cup Invitational S. in January.

“He's perfect,” trainer Antonio Sano said. “We'll give it a try. He was only beaten six lengths in the Classic. He will walk for a week before he goes back to the track.”

Sano plans to give Gunnevera one prep race prior to the Pegasus.
