Oaklawn Cancels Monday Card; Southwest S. Postponed

Horse Racing Television reports Oaklawn Park has canceled the balance of the Presidents' Day card after four races. The day's featured event was to be the GIII Southwest S., a prep for the GI Arkansas Derby.  The Southwest will be rescheduled for another day.
