The New York Racing Association announced Saturday that it was cancelling Sunday's card at Saratoga in anticipation of rough weather as a result of Hurricane Irene. The featured GI Personal Ensign S. will be rescheduled for next Saturday, Sept. 3. It will be redrawn Wednesday, Aug. 31. There will no simulcasting at Aqueduct or at the Belmont CafĂ Sunday, but racing at Saratoga is expected to resume Monday, Aug. 29.
