Vaccarezza Family to Hold Fundraiser for Parkland Family Victims Sunday

Breeders' Cup-winning owner and trainer Carlo Vaccarezza, whose sons Nick and Mike survived the Parkland shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Feb 14, will hold a fundraiser for the families of the victims Sunday at his restaurant in Boca Raton. The fundraiser will take place between 2-9 p.m.

Nick, an 18-year-old senior, and Mike, a 16-year-old sophomore, were in separate buildings when the shootings occurred. Both were able to locate one another and avoid harm. Click here to hear Nick describe the shooting and fundraiser.
