Emler and Celeste Neuman are hoping that lightning strikes twice today at Keeneland when they consign a full sister to GI American Oaks winner Nereid (Rock Hard Ten–Dowry) to the fourth session of the September Sale. The Neumans, owners of Xalapa (pronounced Alapa) acquired the filly's dam at the Keeneland November sale in 2000, and raced her with some success.
