With a winter storm bearing down on the greater New York metropolitan area, officials at the New York Racing Association have canceled Saturday's live racing program at Aqueduct. Simulcating was to remain open at the track and at the Belmont Cafe. Live racing is expected to resume Sunday. Officials at Charles Town were forced to call off the final five races on Friday's program and will not conduct live racing Saturday evening. Racing is scheduled to resume Wednesday, Jan. 2.
