In addition to being named champion owner, Sheikh Mohammed’s breeding operation Darley was the Eclipse Award-winning breeder as well. Darley-bred horses won a total of 130 races in 2012 and earned in excess of $8.4 million. Nine Darley-bred runners won 15 graded stakes in 2012.
