David Greathouse passed away Tuesday. He was 63 and had been battling cancer. Greathouse, along with brothers John, Allen and Edward, ran Glencrest Farm, which was established by his father in the 1950s. Glencrest has campaigned recent Grade I winners Honey Ryder, Panty Raid and Devil May Care. Greathouse was also a partner in Four Star Sales. He was a member of Keeneland Association, Thoroughbred Club of America and Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders/Kentucky Thoroughbred Association. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
