Longines WBRH Ceremony to Be Live Streamed

The Longines World's Best Racehorse and Longines World's Best Horse Race Ceremony will be streamed live by Longines and the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA). Scheduled for Jan. 23, the sixth edition of the awards will be held at The Landmark hotel in London and begin at 2:45 p.m. GMT/9:45 a.m. EST. The live stream will be available at longines.com and ifhaonline.org, as well as the Longines and Longines World's Best Racehorse Rankings Facebook page. The G1 Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe was named the Longines World's Best Horse Race in 2015 and 2017. The GI Breeders' Cup Classic earned that distinction in 2016. The connections of the winning horse and the connections of the Longines World's Best Horse Race with both be presented with Longines watches, while the former will receive a replica of the Longines World's Best Racehorse vase and the latter a trophy in the shape of a horse head.
