Tesio Award to Senator Miller

The recipient of the 2019 Tesio Award is Senator Thomas V. Mike Miller, the Maryland Horse Breeders' Association announced Tuesday. The award, which bestows special recognition for extraordinary contributions, will be presented June 29 at the Maryland State Fair.
