Waitingfortheday (Ire) (Elzaam {Aus}), winner of the G3 Fairy Bridge S. at Tipperary in August over champion 2-year-old filly Skitter Scatter (Scat Daddy), has been added to the Tattersalls December Mares Sale as a wildcard and will be offered on Dec. 3 as lot 1793D.
Trained by Joseph O'Brien for John Dollard, the 4-year-old Waitingfortheday won four straight races last year at three and two this year prior to her black-type success. She was second in the Listed Ruby S. at Killarney on Aug. 24 when testing stakes company for the first time, and won the Fairy Bridge five days later.
Waitingfortheday is a half-sister to dual German Group 3 winner and stakes producer Waleria (Ger) (Artan {Ire}).
