Who has been the biggest inspiration in your career?

PH: My dad, Liam, and the English photographer Ed Byrne were great inspirations. My dad instilled into me a great work ethic and a great way of dealing with people through business. Ed was always fantastic with advice and also looked after me so well. He made sure I was always sorted for everything on my first trips to the big Festival meetings in England back in the day.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

PH: When climbing the ladder make sure its against the right wall.
