Falmouth Next For Lady Bowthorpe

The July 9 G1 Falmouth S. is the next target for G1 Lockinge S. runner-up Lady Bowthorpe (GB) (Nathaniel {Ire}). A colourbearer for music agent Emma Banks, the William Jarvis trainee captured the G2 Dahlia S. first up at Newmarket on May 2, before her Lockinge run. Most recently, the bay ran a solid second behind Indie Angel (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}) in the G2 Duke Of Cambridge S. at Royal Ascot on June 16.

“She's come out of it pretty well and we're very pleased with her,” said the Newmarket-based handler. “Providing the ground isn't too quick, she'll go for the Falmouth S. at the July meeting.”
