Amorama Doubles In Value

It's not often that you buy a mare for $1.05M and make a big score with her just a year later, but Frank Stronach's Adena Springs managed the feat yesterday. Adena purchased Amorama (Fr) (Sri Pekan) for $1.05 million as a FTKNOV broodmare prospect, sent her to their superstar sire Ghostzapper, and had her back up for sale at KEENOV yesterday. The MGISW proved a most valuable commodity, bringing $2.1 million from agent Cecil Seaman, acting on behalf of Andreas Putsch's 6 C Racing.
