John Ferguson was forced to 1.8-million guineas to secure the regally bred Ama (Storm Cat) during day one of the Tattersalls December Mares sale. The three-year-old broodmare prospect is out of champion Miesque and is a half sister to Kingmambo, East of the Moon, Mingun and Miesque's Son.
