Off the Hook's Joe Appelbaum, bidding on behalf of Paula C Racing Stable, purchased a Macho Uno colt for $400,000–the top price for a yearling midway through Sunday's session. Consigned by Hidden Brook for breeder Adena Springs, the colt is a son of MSW & GSP Bag Lady Jane, a daughter of Canadian champion Deputy Jane West.
