Mine That Bird's Brother Brings $485K at Midlantic

A half-brother to GI Kentucky Derby hero Mine That Bird (Birdstone), added  to the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Two-Year-Olds in Training Sale after his sibling's Classic score, brought a final bid of $485,000 at Timonium Monday. The dark bay was bought by Dogwood Stables. The Yonaguska colt was purchased by Paul Saylor for $100,000 as the OBS March sale, who decided to cash in on the catalgue update here. He was consigned by Cary Frommer, agent.
