Coolmore's Demi O'Byrne outlasted Darley's John Ferguson to land an Unbridled's Song half-brother to dual champion Ashado (Saint Ballado) for $925,000. While it was hardly the duel of old from the two titans, it produced the day's highest price three quarters through Monday's opening session. A striking, leggy gun-metal gray, the colt was consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency. He also counts GISW Sunriver (Saint Ballado) and GSW Saint Stephen (Saint Ballado) as siblings.
