The first-crop two-year-olds by Henny Hughes (Hennessy) proved most popular at Calder Tuesday afternoon, and it was hip 166, a son of GSP Refugee (Unaccounted For) who stole the show, falling to Rick Porter's Fox Hill Farm for $700,000. The bay colt was consigned to the sale by Jim Chapman's Breaking Point Farm, which acquired the April foal for $170,000 out of last year's Keeneland September sale. Porter was also successful on a Giant's Causeway half-sister to Henny Hughes, going to $270,000 for hip 122 from the Vinery consignment.
