A gray yearling by Malibu Moon topped early returns at the Fasig-Tipton Eastern Fall Yearling Sale in Timonium Monday, bringing a final bid of $300,000 from Ellen Charles. The filly is out of multiple stakes placed Never Fail (Holy Bull), a half-sister to MGSP How About Now (Pentelicus), the dam of graded stakes winner Lovely Lil (Tiznow). She was consigned to the sale by Mr and Mrs Rick Abbott's Charlton as agent for her breeder Audley Farm.
