Negligee (m, 5, Northern Afleet–Naughty Notions, by Relaunch) was another high-profile purchase by Nicolas de Watrigant's Mandore International Agency, who signed the ticket at $1.25 million. Consigned by Hunter Valley Farm, agent, Negligee was campaigned by Sovereign Stables and in her first start after being acquired by that operation, made a splash by winning the GI Alcibiades S. at Keeneland. She was offered in foal to top sire Distorted Humor.
