A Birdstone colt who Paul Sharp purchased for $75,000 at last year’s Keeneland September Sale provided a very nice return on that investment here. Consigned to the sale by Sharp, the dark bay brought $475,000 from Conquest Stables LLC. Out of a half-sister to MGSW Woodlander, the colt breezed :10 flat during the under-tack preview.
