Ballylinch Studﾒs Hip 14, a chestnut colt by Dubawi, set the early standard at Arqanaﾒs August Yearling Sale when knocked down to Peter & Ross Doyle Bloodstock for ﾀ1 million. John Ferguson, who had earlier secured Hip 5 for ﾀ620,000, was underbidder. The February-foaled chestnut is a half-brother to the 2008 G1 Falmouth S. victress Nahoodh (Ire) (Clodovil {Ire}) and is set to be trained by Richard Hannon, Britainﾒs leading trainer of 2013.ﾠﾓItﾒs a stallionﾒs pedigree and he is a lovely individual,ﾔ Ross Doyle told Racing Post. ﾓHeﾒs been bought for an established client of [trainer] Richard Hannon.ﾔ
