Kendargent's Kenhope Brings タ900K at Arc Sale

Multiple group winner and multiple Group 1-placed Kenhope (Fr) (Kendargent {Fr}) became the highest-priced horse to change hands midway through Arqana's Arc Sale today when scooped up by Cyrus Poonawalla for タ900,000. The 3-year-old finished second in both the G1 Coronation S. at Royal Ascot and the G1 Prix Rothschild over the summer, and was most recently fourth in Leopardstown's G1 Matron S. Sept. 7. Cyrus Poonawalla also campaigns sprint star Gordon Lord Byron (Ire) (Byron {GB}).
