A Tapit filly from the Bluegrass Thoroughbred Services consignment was the first to bring seven figures Monday evening at Fasig-Tipton Saratoga,ļ¾ selling to Canadian Nat Rea. Acquired by BTSI for $550,000 as a KEENOV weanling, the gray is the first foal from the winning Tiznow mare Rote, who is a half-sister to GI Garden City BC S. heroine Magnificent Song (Unbridled's Song). The April foal was bred in Kentucky by Marbat.
