Red hot second-season sire Sea the Stars (Ire) got his name amongst the leaders during the opening session of the Arqana August Yearling Sale when a filly out of Vedela (Fr) (Selkirk) made ﾀ700,000 to the bid of Peter and Ross Doyle. Vedela is a half to Group 2 winner Vadamar (Fr) (Dalakhani {Ire}), from the immediate family of recently promoted G1 Prix Saint Alary victress Vazira (Fr) (Sea the Stars {Ire}). The filly was consigned by Ecurie des Monceaux.
