A Shamardal filly out of First Fleet (Woodman) set the benchmark early during the second session of the Arqana August Yearling Sale in Deauville when eliciting a winning bid of ﾀ720,000 from John Warren. The March foal is a full-sister to multiple group winner French Navy (Shamardal), and a half to Group 3 winner Sea Lord (Ire) (Cape Cross {Ire}).
