The Aga Khan's Raydara (Ire) (Rock Of Gibraltar {Ire}), last seen beating G1 1000 Guineas runner-up Lucida (Ire) (Shamardal) in The Curragh's G2 Debutante S. last August, is on track to kick off her sophomore season in the G1 Irish 1000 Guineas May 24. Trainer Mick Halford noted the English Guineas came too soon in her preparation, but said she is prepared for her Irish test.
“She's on target for the Irish Guineas,” Halford said. “Hopefully we'll get her ground there, but she's in good form and we're happy with her. It's so far, so good. Her form last year stands up very well and we're looking forward to getting her going.”
