'TDN Rising Star' Sanus Per Aquam (Ire) (Teofilo {Ire}) lines up for Thursday's G3 JRA Tyros S. at Leopardstown as he bids to follow in the illustrious prints of his sire, who took this in 2006. Like that former star of Coolcullen, Bolger's latest potential luminary has impressed with the manner that he has disposed of less physically gifted individuals, and the way that he doubled his tally over this track and trip a fortnight ago stamped him as possibly in the class of several other past winners of this like New Approach (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), Rip Van Winkle (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), Cape Blanco (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) and Gleneagles (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}). Just one shy of Bolger's record nine winners in this is Aidan O'Brien, and it is significant that he saddles the May 31 Listowel maiden scorer Deauville (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) and also Lieutenant General (Ire) (Fastnet Rock {Aus}). The latter was second to Sanus Per Aquam on debut over this trip at The Curragh June 28 and sports blinkers after disappointing when only third at 1-3 over six furlongs at Naas July 8. From Britain is Hambleton Racing Ltd's unbeaten Taking Libertys (GB) (Makfi {GB}), who was forced to miss Newmarket's G2 Superlative S. and lines up on the back of five- and six-furlong wins at Beverley Apr. 15 and Pontefract May 22.
