‘TDN Rising Star’ Tap to It (Tapit) closed nicely to finish second behind Rachel’s Valentina (Bernardini) in the GI Spinaway S. Saturday, and exited that effort in fine form, according to trainer Ralph Nicks. “She’s good, a little tired today, but good,” Nicks said Sunday morning. “She ran well. She’s a very, very nice horse.” Nicks said the filly’s next start would likely be in the GI Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies. “We’ll probably go straight to the Breeders’ Cup,” Nicks said. “She hasn’t run much and now she’s done an awful lot in a short amount of time.”
