More Fireworks for Another War Front Filly at KEESEP

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd. went to $1.45 million to secure Hip 116, a daughter of War Front, at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale Monday. Bobby Flay was underbidder.
Mandy Pope purchased the mare Betterbetterbetter (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), runner-up in the 2012 G3 Kerry Group Noblesse S. in Ireland, while carrying the War Front filly for $5.2 million at the 2013 FTKNOV sale. This is her first foal.
The War Front filly’s second dam Jude (GB) (Darshaan {GB}) has produced champions Quarter Moon (Ire) (Sadler’s Wells) and Yesterday (Ire) (Sadler’s Wells).
