A half-brother to the G2 Blandford Stakes winner and Irish Oaks runner-up Cayenne Pepper, he is joined by fellow newcomer Pierre Bonnard (Ire) (Camelot {GB}), a son of the G1 Nassau Stakes winner Sultanina (New Approach).
