Summer Solo New Keeneland Topper at $700k

Summer Solo (Arch–Summer Solstice {Ire}, by Caerleon) (hip 259), consigned by Craig & Holly Bandoroff for the part dispersal of breeder Sarah J. Leigh, was snapped up for $700,000 by Virginia Kraft Payson, who also struck earlier in the session for hip 230, a daughter of Arch out of Seeking Atlantis (Seeking the Gold) for $450,000. Just one hip later, Payson added Summer Sweet (More Than Ready–Summer Solstice {Ire}, by Caerleon) (hip 260) for $550,000. The latter two were also from the Sarah J. Leigh dispersal.
