Angled towards the inside soon after turning for home, the 8-11 chalk swooped for control approaching the final furlong and kept on well under mild urging, despite racing greenly in the closing stages, to score by 1 1/4 lengths from King Electric (Ire) (Elzaam {Aus}). The bay, who hails from the family of multiple Champion distaffer Dahlia (Vaguely Noble {Ire}), becomes the first winner for his G1 Irish 2000 Guineas-winning freshman sire (by Oasis Dream {GB}).
