Among the other newcomers is the Niarchos Family's Elucidation (Ire) (Oasis Dream {GB}), a Sir Michael Stoute-trained colt whose dam is a half to the Epsom Derby hero Kris Kin (Kris S.).

Descended from the Group 1 mares Red Bloom (GB) (Selkirk) and Red Camellia (GB) (Polar Falcon), the chestnut homebred encounters Godolphin's similarly unraced Winning Return (Ire) (Exceed and Excel {Aus}), a Saeed bin Suroor-trained filly whose group-winning dam is a half to the high achiever Cape Cross (Ire).
