It appears likely that Time Test (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}) will follow fellow Juddmonte homebred Flintshire (GB) (Dansili {GB}) in leaving Europe to continue his career in America.

Speaking at Doncaster on Thursday, trainer Roger Charlton said, “He's back with Juddmonte in Newmarket now, having a holiday, and the vibes I'm getting are that he's going to need a bit of time and that he will probably race next in America, not immediately in the Breeders' Cup or anything, something after that.”

Time Test, a 4-year-old son of the G1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud winner Passage Of Time (GB) (Dansili {GB}), made his first big splash when demolishing his opposition in last season's G3 Tercentary S. at Royal Ascot. He has subsequently added another three Group victories to his tally, most recently beating Mondialiste (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) in the G2 York S., and he also finished third to Hawkbill (Kitten's Joy) in the G1 Coral-Eclipse S.

Charlton added, “I think sadly it's unlikely I'll be training him again. He's been a very good horse and I'm just annoyed I didn't win a Group 1 with him. His performance at York was pretty good when he beat the subsequent Arlington Million winner pretty easily.”
