Jacaranda (4, Congrats), whose dam Baffled (Distorted Humor) is the likely sales-topper, was knocked down to bloodstock agent Reynolds Bell, on behalf of Jon Clay's Alpha Delta Stable, for an even $2 million as the Fasig-Tipton November sale neared its conclusion Monday evening. Consigned by Hunter Valley Farm, the chestnut, victorious in the 2014 GII Tempted S., was sold in foal to Candy Ride (Arg). Jacaranda is a half-sister to GISW and WinStar stallion, the TDN Rising Star Constitution (Tapit); as well as this year's G2 Superlative S. winner Boynton (More Than Ready). Hip 154 is also from the female family of GISW Awesome Humor (Distorted Humor).
