Ithinkisawapudycat (7, Bluegrass Cat–Unbridled Run, by Unbridled), the dam of this year's GI Spinaway S. winner Sweet Loretta and in foal carrying a closely related sibling to that filly by Tapit's son Constitution, was hammered down to Mt Brilliant Farm's Greg Goodman for $2.2 million as dusk set upon the sales pavilion at Keeneland November. The bay mare (hip 447) was consigned to the November sale by the Lyster Family's Ashview Farm, who were able to acquire the mare for $240,000 in this ring four years ago. She has proved a marvelous investment for the Lysters, as Sweet Loretta fetched $750,000 at the 2014 November sale, while her yearling full-brother sold for $450,000 at Fasig-Tipton July. The mare's weanling filly was withdrawn from this sale.
