'TDN Rising Star' From Within (Aus) (Not a Single Doubt {Aus}) will participate in a barrier trial and the G2 Riesling S. prior to potentially lining up in the G1 Golden Slipper S. at Rosehill Mar. 18, Racing and Sports reported Wednesday. The Chris Waller trainee, a winner on debut at Canterbury Dec. 31, was last seen finishing 13th in the Listed Magic Millions Classic at the Gold Coast Jan. 14.
“It gives her enough time to get over the Magic Millions run and prepare properly for the Riesling,” Waller, who said the filly returned from one-week spell in good order following her trip to Queensland, told Racing And Sports. “It then gives you the stepping stone for two weeks into the Golden Slipper if we feel she warrants being there.”
