StrideSAFE Buys Australia's StrideMaster, Manufacturing To Relocate To Lexington

StrideSAFE has reached an agreement with the shareholders of StrideMaster to acquire 100% of the Australian company, a strategic move that will transfer sensor production from Australia to Kentucky, the company said in a Friday press release. Besides obvious cost efficiency, relocation of manufacturing to Lexington will also advance StrideSAFE's goal of fast-tracking production of stand-alone sensor systems specifically for use by trainers and veterinarians to monitor horses breezing.
